VIP guests enjoy early access to the show floor before general admission begins.

The first 500 women to pre-register online will receive complimentary admission. Once those tickets are claimed, advance tickets are available for $12 online or $20 at the door (space permitting).

VIP Experience — $35 (Advance Purchase Only - Limited to 100)
VIP tickets include early entry, and an upgraded swag bag valued at over $250.

Bringing a printed or digital ticket confirmation is recommended for faster check-in. All ticket holders will be verified upon arrival.

Yes, the event is held on the first floor and bathrooms located inside are also handicap accessible. Handicap parking areas are available. 

All event attendees are required to enter through the MAIN LOBBY doors of the hotel, where you will be guided to event registration. THIS IS THE SOLE ENTRANCE TO THE EVENT. If you park on the left side of the hotel at the Grand Ballroom entrance, you will need to walk around to the lobby entrance to gain access to the event.

There is FREE parking at Crowne Plaza, Warwick, RI

 Dress code is fashionably fun and comfortable.

Only service animals are permitted at this event.  Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.  You must show certification at registration to enter with a service animal.

• NO SOLICITATION OF ANY KIND

Promotional and marketing materials including business cards for any business other than a participating-contracted vendor may not be distributed at any time before, during and after event. Solicitors will asked to leave.

By entering and by your presence at this event, you enter at your own risk, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry constitutes your consent to such photography, filming, and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice and name for any purposed whatsoever in connection with the production being produced by Taste of Rhode Island and/or their agents. You understand that photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you by entering this area. 

• Limit of Liability by Entering Event

By entering premises for event, it is understood that neither Pat Cruz Events, Rhody Foody and/or their agents nor Crowne Plaza will be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to You or Your personal belongings.  

Crowne Plaza provides a wonderful food and beverage concession during the event.  Cash and credit accepted.
