Review the exhibit options, pricing, policies, and requirements.
Complete all applicable fields.
Save the completed agreement as a PDF.
Complete the online submission form below.
Attach your completed agreement before selecting Submit or Email a PDF of your Exhibitor Agreement to patpaolinocruz@gmail.com
Submit payment using one of the payment options listed in the agreement if credit card information has not been listed on your agreement.

All Exhibitor Agreements are subject to review and approval. While category exclusivity is reserved for Corporate Sponsors, participation in every category is limited. If your category has reached its allotted number of exhibitors, we will notify you and return your payment in full.

Exhibit space is not secured until we have received your completed agreement, payment in full—including the applicable service charge—and confirmed your participation by email.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

EVENT RULES AND REGULATIONS

Exhibit space is assigned first-come, first-served.
One business is permitted per exhibit space.
Booth sharing is not allowed.
Full payment and completed Exhibitor Agreement required to secure space. (Including 3% processing fee for credit cards, etc.)
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Vendors selling products must comply with applicable Rhode Island and City of Warwick permit requirements.
Food vendors must comply with Rhode Island Department of Health requirements.
Electricity and internet must be ordered directly through Crowne Plaza in advance.
All staff members assisting at your exhibit must be on site by 9:15
Exhibitors will receive complete set-up instructions prior to event.

LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

To ensure compliance with local and state regulations,

exhibitors may be required to obtain the following:

Retail Sales: Businesses selling products must hold a valid Rhode Island retail permit. If you do not currently have one contact the Rhode Island Department of Taxation Taxpayer.Experience@tax.ri.gov
Warwick Day Permit: Businesses located outside Warwick must obtain a one-day permit from the Warwick Police Department at least three weeks prior to the event. Contact Warwick Police Department directly or visit their website for day permit: Use Art/Craft Fair License Day Permit section to apply. Food Sampling: Exhibitors offering food samples must comply with Rhode Island Department of Health regulations and obtain the appropriate licensing.
