Standard Booth: $300
Corner Booth: $400
Double Booth: $500
Double Corner Booth: $600


Pavilion Area (Approx. 21' wide x 8' deep)
Includes 3–6 tables, linens, and chairs — $750


Nonprofit Single Booth: $250

Food & Beverage Sampling Space: $250
(Must provide a minimum of 400 tastings.)


All categories have limited availability to support exhibitor success. 

 

Should you be unable to attend the event, we offer the opportunity to feature your business within the RI Women's Expo Official Program.  Advertising is available for a nominal fee; please see the form below for details.

How to Secure Your Exhibit Space

  Reserving your booth is simple


  1. Request the Rhode Island Women’s Expo Exhibitor Agreement using the contact form below. 
  2. Once received, complete and return the agreement with payment information. 
  3. Booth space is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and completed agreemement. 


All exhibit spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Early reservation is strongly recommended.


Important Exhibitor Information


  • Electrical and internet services provided exclusively by Crowne Plaza for an additional fee. Order forms are available below. 
  • Exclusive categories are available only through select sponsorship opportunities only. 
  • Each exhibit space is limited to one business. 
  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of exhibitor cancellation. 
  • Once your space is secured, our team will guide you through every step leading up to the  event 


Licensing & Permit Requirements

To ensure compliance with local and state regulations, exhibitors may be required to obtain the following:


  • Retail Sales: Businesses selling products must hold a valid Rhode Island retail permit. If you do not currently have one, a temporary permit can be purchased onsite for $10, which will be submitted to the state along with applicable 7% sales tax. For questions, contact the Rhode Island Department of Taxation Taxpayer.Experience@tax.ri.gov  
  • Warwick Day Permit: Businesses located outside Warwick must obtain a one-day permit from the Warwick Police Department at least three weeks prior to the event. Contact Warwick Police Department directly or visit their website for day permit: Use Art/Craft Fair License Day Permit section to apply. Fee is $25 APPLY HERE: https://warwickri.portal.opengov.com/categories/1080/record-types/6408 
  • Food Sampling: Exhibitors offering food samples must comply with Rhode Island Department of Health regulations and obtain the appropriate licensing.
