The May 3rd Rhode Island Women’s Expo was one of our biggest and most successful events since returning post-COVID, welcoming more than 1,800 women while supporting over 100 local businesses throughout the day. From the expanded event footprint and additional stage to our new showcases and experiences, the energy throughout the Crowne Plaza made it clear — this was the place to be.
As the longest-running lifestyle event for women in Rhode Island, we are incredibly grateful for the continued support, loyalty, and trust from our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and community partners who continue to grow with us year after year. The first 500 women to pre-register online will receive complimentary admission. Once those tickets are claimed, advance tickets are available for $12 or 2 for $20 online or $20 at the door (space permitting).
VIP Experience — Starting at $35 (Advance Purchase Only - Limited to 100)
VIP tickets include early entry, and an upgraded swag bag valued at over $250, access to VIP LOUNGE with Make Your Own Nacho Bar and Award Winning Margaritas sponsored by Casa Azul Tacqueria.

Yes, the event is held on the first floor and bathrooms located inside are also handicap accessible. Handicap parking areas are available.
All event attendees are required to enter through the MAIN LOBBY doors of the hotel, where you will be guided to event registration. THIS IS THE SOLE ENTRANCE TO THE EVENT. If you park on the left side of the hotel at the Grand Ballroom entrance, you will need to walk around to the lobby entrance to gain access to the event.
There is FREE parking at Crowne Plaza, Warwick, RI
Dress code is fashionably fun and comfortable.
Only service animals are permitted at this event. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. You must show certification at registration to enter with a service animal.
