This presentation relates to  perimenopause which is the transitional phase leading up to menopause usually starting in the mid-40s, and menopause issues women face. It explains the physiological changes occurring during these stages and ways to ease the symptoms of Perimenopause/Menopause such as hot flashes, weight gain, mood swings, decreased libido, vaginal dryness and sleep disturbances - as well as discussing the risks and benefits of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.  

Dr Emilissa Domingo is a board-certified physician who earned her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005. She completed her residency in 2009 and has been practicing professionally in Rhode Island since that time.
